OUR VERY SAD NEWS IS ENGLISH & NZ CHAMPION PHILIPP AUS DER NEUEN HAUFFSTRASSE (IMP GERMANY
PASSED AWAY AFTER A MASSIVE STROKE, HE DIED IN OUR ARMS, WHICH IS SOME COMFORT. PHILIPP WAS
A LEGEND IN HIS LIFETIME, KNOWN, AND LOVED, BY GSD PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD.
WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU PHILIPP.

We have just returned home from Europe, this trip was to mainly attend the German Sieger show, this show is held every year and competitors from all over Europe attend to compete. Thousands of German Shepherds dogs all together is an absolute dream for any German Shepherd dog owner to attend. It is the world's single biggest specialist breed show, and, along with the dogs, people from all over the world attend. This year the show was held in Nurnberg, after 4 solid days at the show we did enjoy a few days wandering around the "Old Nurnberg", then onto England to attend the British Sieger show, over the years this show has gone from strength to strength, another "must see" show, and a great chance to catch up with our many friends over there, Highlight this year was to see our lifelong friends "The Hall family", Gayville Kennels, go VA1 with their Paris von Simpor, and their homebred bitch "Gayvilles Kora" V2 Working female. What an achievement, and what celebrations were had.!
We were more than delighted  as" Ch Gayvilles Zora," Kora's Dam is sired by our Eng & NZ Ch Phlipp aus der neuen Hauffstrasse.
Also the Youth Male class was won by a Philipp grandson, "Clynalwins Kayson" All the best for his future.
Then over to Ireland to catch up with Gavin's relations before the start of our trip back home.

As we had bitches come into season while we were away, we shall not have any puppies till the end of this year, and into the next year.
UPDATED 15th October 2014
Have just returned from Sydney after judging the German Shepherd Dog league Championship show. A most enjoyable time spent judging some excellent dogs and bitches. The 32 degrees heat was a bit of a shock after our cooler temperatures at home, and the thunder/lightning/rain storm held up departure plans with the Sydney Airport going into shut down mode, quite an experience.! Very much enjoyed catching up with good friends, but the passport can be put away now in the meantime.
UPDATED 5th December. Our wonderful news is Barry and Ani  are married. Super day, lots of fun, beautiful bride, handsome son, my first daughter in law, absolutely "over the moon"
